Without going into the whole back story...

I personally cracked the fundraising for real estate code back in 2019.  It happened in the weirdest way possible.

I was hosting a major business building event and I hired Grant Cardone as my keynote speaker.

During a pre-event personal chat, I asked Grant what he would do if he had to start over again.  Essentially, I wanted to know which of his skills would be the most important.  

He said that his ability to raise money and recycle investor's money would be crucial, and with that one skill he could easily rebuild his entire business, if he had to.

So, I started studying these two skills from Grant and it changed everything.

But it wasn't until I combined that with the skills that I learned from one of my very first mentors, Russell Brunson...

You see, Russell Brunson is one of the top digital marketers in the world  I can easily say that I have earned millions of dollars because of the skills that I have learned from him!

Specifically, I learned how to build funnels and run ads from Russell.   When I combined that with the real estate fundraising skills that I learned from Grant, it became a 1-2 punch that has helped me to raise million of dollars every year.

It was my own students who asked me to host this challenge.

About 18 months ago I launched a coaching program to teach people how to buy old dilapidated cottages, renovate them and rent them on Airbnb.  Today, I have about 60 units, 6 cottages and 4 resorts,  that make me millions of  dollars per year in the short term rental game.

As that coaching business grew, my students started asking me how I raised money.  When I would explain that I built a simple explainer funnel and ran Facebook ads, their jaws dropped.

I had no idea that most people struggled raising capital.

As my real estate business grew, I started connecting with the top real estate gurus in North America.

That's when I realized that there were a few elite gurus that had figured out raising money for real estate but the masses were struggling with it.
